Health Requirements
Our Health & Safety processes for Covid still require you to use the sanitiser provided on arrival. Please stay at home if you are unwell. While we may not wear masks we are happy for you to.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

Credit/Debit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments (provided by Windcave) – it's fast, easy and secure. Payment by credit or debit card is the best way to ensure your order gets to you as fast as possible. Paywave is available. Please note that a 1.25% surcharge has been added for all payments using a debit or credit card or Paywave.

Direct Credit / Internet Banking
You can also pay directly into our account – your order will be sent once the payment has cleared. Just select this option during the checkout process and our account details will be provided. Please make payment within 24 hours of ordering to prevent your order being cancelled.

Cash & Eftpos
You can pay in our Hawke's Bay store using cash or Eftpos. If you wish to order online first (It's a good idea if stock is running out fast!), you can select payment by Internet Banking and then make the payment when you come to pick up your order. Just let us know in the delivery instructions that you intend to pay in store.

Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

Your items will be shipped within 5 working days once payment have been processed.

Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Shipping and delivery charges
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. Courier charges include packaging, labeling.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary we in your online shopping basket.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Returns and exchanges
Simply Indulgent takes great pride in its reputation for quality and are happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange for full priced items, only when:
  • The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
  • The goods have not been damaged, opened or used.
  • The goods are returned within 14 day of purchase date.
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
  • If you have a reaction to the product (note a reaction form must be completed with the returned product).
Simply Indulgent will always provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
  • Are faulty (unless caused by you).
  • Are different to the goods that you ordered.
All returns and exchanges must be returned to Simply Indulgent within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Items are only exchanged subject to availability. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase.

Return shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Simply Indulgent takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.

Simply Indulgent will reimburse any documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please further note that we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.

Product Refund Policy
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot refund or exchange products.

To be eligible to return a product, your product must be unused and in the same condition you recieved it. It must be in the original packaging. If it is a genuine mistake at our end we will refund only if product is in the packaging and unused.

Appointment cancellation fee
We have a late cancellation fee of 50% for any appointments of 1 hour or less cancelled within 48 hours for all appointments over 1 hour. If you need to make a change please contact us on 06 845 0957 or as early as possible to avoid this cancellation fee. No Shows will be charged.

VIP POINTS Programme
For every $1000 spent in salon you will earn $50 towards a treatment of your choice.

Points will not be accumulated when products or services are discounted or if there is a special deal.

Free Treatment(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or Gift Cards. Your $50 credit towards a treatment is valid for 3 months from date of being earned and will expire after 3 months if not used.

If our Points system ends, we reserve the right to cancel all Points or accumulated spend. However, any Free Treatment(s) that have been credited to your Client Profile prior to the date of termination will continue to be valid for the lesser period of 3 months after the date they were credited to your Client Profile, or any other period notified by us at the time of termination.

Website security
At we believe your privacy and security is of utmost importance. Our website uses a secure SSL certificate, and we do not store any credit card details or on-sell your details to third parties ever. All payments are handled by Payment Express, the secure PCI DSS compliant payment solution.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer, employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services under any agreement you have with us. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us. This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.

Unless we otherwise agree in writing, this agreement contains all the terms of our relationship and continues to apply no matter where you are located at the time any goods or services are provided to you by us and irrespective of the location where you reside.

Use of our website, supply of products or services by us to you and any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of New Zealand. The Courts of New Zealand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms of trade, or with the use of website or supply of any services.

Where you or any other person who you act for, or who you permit to act for you supplies incorrect information for the purchase of a product or service and we incur cost in any matter concerning that name then we may recover the costs incurred by us from you (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis).

You agree to use our website, products and services in accordance with the applicable laws of the country or countries where your business or organisation is based.

Privacy Statement
Simply Indulgent collects, retains and updates personal information about you that you provide both:
  • Directly, for example, by you sending us an email enquiring about information on Simply Indulgent services or events, or to go on mailing lists; and
  • Indirectly through your use of this site and the services and functionality offered through it.
Simply Indulgent intends to use this information for purposes connected with:
  • Providing, monitoring and marketing existing and future goods and services and related products by Simply Indulgent.
  • Keeping you informed of developments or opportunities in areas or activities you have previously been interested in or we believe you may be interested in.
  • Enabling Simply Indulgent to satisfy itself as to the credit worthiness of customers.
Simply Indulgent intends to provide overall statistics about users, site use, demand for relevant products, services, facilities and information, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties. These statistics will not include any information which personally identifies you. You are entitled to access and correct the personal information Simply Indulgent holds about you at any time. You can request to be removed from any Simply Indulgent mailing list or similar Simply Indulgent service by emailing Unsubscribe. Your rights of removal may be subject to any additional terms which apply to the relevant list or service.

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for the purposes written on the voucher e.g. treatments or to purchase products. While our vouchers have no expiry date at present we recommend they are used within the year of the date issued. We reserve the right to change these conditions in the future.
