HOW WE CARE FOR OUR CLIENTS
If you are a regular client you will know about our high quality health and safety practices. We wear masks if there is a risk of passing on bugs. We recommend our clients reschedule if they are feeling unwell.
We use gloves for many treatments including advanced facial treatments, eye treatments, skin needling (sterile gloves), waxing, and electrolysis. We don't double dip our wax spatulas either. We sanitise your hands and feet prior to commencing manicures and pedicures. Feet are soaked in single use warm keratin booties to avoid infection rather than soaking in a foot spa.
Our salon is cleaned every night, basins and toilet disinfected and floors vacuumed and washed. All surfaces are dusted almost daily while areas touched by clients including door handles and keypad are disinfected with antibacterial spray and a clean tissue as often as possible throughout the day. We are ramping up this process.
Our basins, lights and taps are wiped between clients. All linen is changed or covered by paper towels for each client.
All tweezers and utensils used are thoroughly washed in soapy water dried and sprayed with isopropyl alcohol. Metal utensils are sterilised in a glass bead sterilizer. Brushes are sprayed and left to dry under cover.
Our linen is professionally laundered by Central Linen services including sheets and towels, hand towels and pillow cases. Single use napkins are available to dry your hand post bathroom stops.
And our makeup brushes are sanitised post application with isopropyl.
From last week we have provided hand sanitiser for all clients to use on arrival or feel free to use soap and water in the bathroom. The sanitiser should be used prior to using the keypad for the safety of all.
Our magazines will be removed for your safety.
